Suction Extraction of Lipomas.

Abstract
With the use of suction-assisted lipectomy techniques in treatment of lipomas, the length and number of surgical scars may be minimized. The procedure is reviewed and several clinical applications are presented. Because no long-term recurrence rates are known, caution must be exercised in recommending this procedure to the patient.
