[The collection of sperm in men unable to ejaculate].
Abstract
Electro-ejaculation and surgical collection of sperm by vasotomy enable to obtain sperm in men unable to ejaculate because of a neurological spinal disorder. A multicenter study of electro-ejaculation is currently in process in the USA, but as these are limited experiments, the preliminary results do not permit to draw any conclusion.
