Abstract

Collaboration between practice and academia is essential to transform healthcare delivery. This presentation highlights a Collaborative Academic-Service Partnership between two academic institutions and their affiliated Magnet� health system. Emphasis will be on the structure, processes and outcomes used to reach the shared vision to advance nursing research, EBP and education.
