Abstract
As hospitals continue to employ unlicensed personnel, some nurses are asking: Should we be concerned about our licenses and liability? While it is clear that nurses should not be held liable for restructuring changes that directly result in patient harm, it is equally clear that nurses should be held liable for their own acts of malpractice.
