Abstract
Aggressive fibromatosis (AF) is a benign non-encapsulated tumor of mesenchymal origin, with a tendency for local spread along fascial planes. Local invasion can lead to extensive morbidity and even mortality due to destruction of the bones, organs and soft tissues.
