Abstract
• Metastatic chondrosarcoma is an extremely rare cause of secondary cardiac tumors. • Multimodal imaging can make a tentative diagnosis, but biopsy is needed to confirm. • TTE should assess morphology, mobility, attachment, or extension of any mass. • Imaging-based tissue features cannot reliably differentiate tumor from thrombus. • Administration of a UEA may help differentiate tumor from thrombus.
